The first training event of the project was organised between 20 – 24 July 2021, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, but participants were engaged also online. 8 participants attended the event, learning about:
- Online tools for time and team management;
- Writing a project application from A to Z;
- Project management and implementation;
- The business plan & online tools for planning;
- Financial management.
The event ended with a visit to Macau village, containing an artisan-workshop and interview of a local artisan.
